Most analog photo booths are walk-up and don't require appointments. However, if the booth is located inside a venue like a restaurant or arcade, you'll need to have access to that venue during their operating hours.

Analog photo booths produce physical photo strips only. To digitize your photos, you can scan or photograph your strip after you receive it. Some modern scanning apps on smartphones work well for this purpose.
